Building Procedures

1. Call Rory Nelson on his mobile 0408252094
2. Rory will then meet with you at your home to discuss your requirements
3. Concepts will be drawn up for your new home or addition and will be presented to you for discussion.
4. Once you are happy with your concept a costed fixed price proposal will be presented to you.
5. If all is agreeable with you, an Industry Standard Contract is entered into between yourself and Nelson Homes Pty. Ltd.
6. If your project requires Development Approval (DA) Nelson Homes works with your local council to achieve this. This process can take approximately 21days to 6 months.
7. If a DA isn’t required it is possible to get council approval in a matter of days.
8. Work begins within a few weeks of approvals
9. Rory Nelson will meet with you on a weekly basis if necessary to ensure you’re happy with the process or for information required to complete your build.
10. Job Completed on time and on Budget!!!
